從2014年開始，高雄春天藝術節連年都有二二八紀念音樂會辦理，過去多於高美館草坡上以草地音樂會形式舉行，今年適逢二二八75週年特別移師台灣燈會雙主場燈區之一的「衛武營 戶外劇場」演出，2月27日晚上七點一起用「光」串聯兩個台灣重要的歷史回憶與活動，透過兩個光與光的結合，以並聯的光能量跨越二二八歷史傷痕，感謝過去一年為台灣負重前行的工作者，希望能凝聚大家情繫台灣的心，邀請更多的市民朋友一同參與，以歌聲、樂音、影像、燭光……攜手邁向炯炯發光的未來。

The Beam of Light in Our Hearts

Through the light, let us lean on the tranquility of this world, earning happiness together!

There is a beam of light in everyone’s heart invisibly leading the direction of one’s heart in a secure way. By the light in our hearts, we look forward with lots of hope and move forward; moving from the pain and struggles we used to have. Let us gather once again, participating in the grand meeting that combines singers, choirs, bands, and hundreds of people. With an abundant image, let us shuttle through history and the significant events of this year, going through the chapter of history to reignite the lights in one another! Let us sing the song of our Island loudly on the pastures. Under the starry sky, every day shines because of your company.
