索拉舞蹈空間多年來在環境舞蹈中持續創作與實踐，讓我們相信：當舞蹈走出室內劇場，進入「非典型場域」時，身體將成為一種文化探針，重新建構人與空間的對話關係。

在當代建築語境中，空間不再僅是功能性的容器，而是文化意識的延伸，是人類對存在、環境與自身定位的回應。當建築不再是「方盒子」，它便開始以非線性、非對稱的姿態，挑戰現代性所建立的秩序與理性。「內惟藝術中心」白色量體便是這樣的建築語境，其中透過玻璃步道的延伸設計，再將人們引向一片草地與樹林，而那是一個象徵自然狀態的柔性場域。

在《身體容器_空間與身體的對話》環境舞蹈創作中，「野性」與「優雅」成為兩個關鍵詞。野性，顯露生命本能與自然的律動；優雅，則象徵文明的規訓與美學。在野性與優雅之間，透過身體在空間中的移動交錯，流動、延伸，以開放的姿態，回應環境與人類活動的多樣性，並進一步探索當代人如何在現代生活中尋找自然的根源，又如何在秩序中釋放野性的能量。

For many years, Solar Site Dance Theatre has been dedicated to the creation and exploration of environmental dance. Through this practice, we have come to believe that when dance moves out of indoor theaters and into “atypical spaces,” the body becomes a cultural probe, reshaping the connection between people and their surroundings. 

In contemporary architecture, space is no longer just a functional container; it serves as an extension of cultural awareness, reflecting how individuals respond to their existence, the environment, and their place in the world. When buildings break away from box-like structures to embrace nonlinear, asymmetrical forms, they challenge established order and rationality. The Neiwei Arts Center is a prime example of this philosophy, with glass walkways extending from the white structure, drawing visitors toward the grassy fields and groves.

In the environmental dance piece A Dialogue Between Body and Space, the concepts of “wildness” and “elegance” are central. Wildness expresses primal instincts and the rhythms of nature, while elegance represents civilization, discipline, and aesthetic order. Between these two poles, the body moves through space with flowing, open, and expansive gestures. The performance engages with the diversity of the environment and human activity, exploring how we might reconnect with nature within structured order and release the innate energy of wildness.

索拉舞蹈空間連續七年獲選高雄春天藝術節環境舞蹈演出團隊。2023-2024獲選高雄市傑出演藝團隊 、2022入選國藝會Taiwan Top演藝團隊、 2018-2021獲選高雄市傑出演藝團隊、2012-2017入選文化部分級獎助團隊。

Solar Site Dance Theatre has been selected for the environmental dance program of the Kaohsiung Spring Arts Festival for seven consecutive years. The company was recognized as an Outstanding Performing Arts Group by the Kaohsiung City Government in 2023 to 2024, and previously from 2018 to 2021. In 2022, it was selected as a Taiwan Top Performing Arts Group by the National Culture and Arts Foundation, and from 2012 to 2017, it received funding from the Ministry of Culture.
