本場音樂會特別邀請2022年范·克萊本國際鋼琴大賽銀獎得主安娜·葛努仙涅 (Anna Geniushene)，與高市交小樂集合作，引領聽眾走入蕭士塔高維契最私密的室內樂世界。鋼琴家安娜以其層次分明的觸鍵與強大的情感張力著稱，將完美詮釋蕭氏音樂中特有的嘲諷與哀憐。

《e小調第二號鋼琴三重奏》作於二戰烽火連天之際，既是為了弔唁摯友，更是對戰爭暴行的無聲控訴。末樂章那揉合猶太旋律的「死神之舞」，以狂亂的節奏與尖銳的樂音交織，呈現出生命在毀滅邊緣的顫抖。《g小調鋼琴五重奏》與三重奏的陰鬱不同，展現了作曲家對巴洛克與古典形式的致敬，並以純淨、透亮的聲響層次獲得了當時蘇聯最高的藝術榮譽。從莊嚴的前奏曲到生機勃勃的終曲，樂句間充滿了蕭氏難得一見的抒情色彩與精神力量。

This exceptional concert invites Anna Geniushene, the 2022 Van Cliburn International Piano Competition Silver Medalist, to collaborate with the KSO Ensemble. Together, they will lead the audience into the most intimate chamber music world of Shostakovich. Renowned for her nuanced touch and immense emotional intensity, Geniushene is the perfect interpreter for the composer’s signature blend of irony and pathos.

The Piano Trio No. 2 in e minor was composed amidst the flames of World War II—not only as a lament for a dear friend but as a silent indictment of wartime atrocities. The final movement’s "Dance of Death," woven with Jewish folk melodies, creates a frantic, jarring rhythm that captures life trembling on the brink of destruction.

In contrast to the somber trio, the Piano Quintet in g minor pays homage to Baroque and Classical forms, earning the Soviet Union's highest artistic honors for its pure, translucent textures. From the solemn Prelude to the vibrant Finale, the work is imbued with Shostakovich’s rare lyricism and spiritual resilience.

From wartime elegies to classical rebirth, Anna Geniushene and the KSO Ensemble will deliver a meticulously synchronized performance, recreating the master's stark yet profoundly human marks of time.
