臺灣，這片多元文化交融的璀璨島嶼，不斷在創新中拓展邊界。高雄市國樂團作為南臺灣極具國際視野的國樂團，長期致力於傳承與創新。今年7月，樂團受Pro Events Mikkeli邀請，將於「Festival X Mikkeli藝術節」擔綱四場演出，並規劃「Experience Taiwan」主題，成為藝術節中唯一以傳統民族音樂形式演出的樂團，象徵臺灣與芬蘭文化交流的深化與長遠合作。

為展現臺灣國樂的獨特魅力，樂團特別舉辦《繽芬臺灣》KCO芬蘭行前音樂會，由指揮郭哲誠與葉和中聯袂執棒，集結KCO名家，演繹即將登上歐洲舞台的精彩曲目。《芬蘭頌》以國樂詮釋北國風情；《草螟弄雞公》雙笛協奏曲描繪田野童趣；《弄火》揚琴主奏詮釋生命寓言；《故都風情》勾勒歷史光影；《哈旗鼓》雙嗩吶協奏震撼呈現傳統氣勢；《西子灣之戀》高胡協奏曲描繪高雄浪漫；《歌仔風情畫》融合戲曲韻味；終曲《賽德克的回聲》以磅礡樂章迴盪民族記憶。

Taiwan, a vibrant island where diverse cultures converge, continuously pushes artistic boundaries through innovation. As one of the most internationally acclaimed orchestras in southern Taiwan, Kaohsiung Chinese Orchestra (KCO) is dedicated to preserving tradition while embracing creativity. This July, KCO has been invited by Pro Events Mikkeli to perform four concerts at the "Festival X Mikkeli" in Finland. As the only orchestra at the festival to feature traditional ethnic music, KCO will also present "Experience Taiwan," a special program showcasing Taiwan’s rich musical heritage. This collaboration signifies not only a milestone for Taiwanese music on the global stage but also a deepening cultural exchange between Taiwan and Finland.

To mark this occasion, KCO proudly presents "Radiant Taiwan" KCO Finland Pre-Tour Concert, conducted by Kuo Che-Cheng and Yeh Ho-Chung, featuring an outstanding KCO musicians. The program blends traditional Chinese classics with modern compositions, highlighting Taiwan's rich cultural heritage and unique musical identity, while capturing the beauty of Formosa and its vibrant cultural atmosphere.

Having performed across the world, from the United States, Italy, and Japan to Poland, Switzerland, and Australia, KCO continues to make its mark on the global music scene. The upcoming performance at "Festival X Mikkeli" is a landmark moment, ushering in a new chapter for Taiwanese traditional music.
